Dealer & Trade Program Terms & Conditions:
If accepted as a Eden Dog Beds Trade partner the undersigned hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Final acceptance is solely at the discretion of Eden Dog Beds and Eden Home And Plumbing Group Inc.
Eden Dog Beds hereby grants a sales license to the dealer listed above during the term of this agreement which can be terminated by the dealer or Eden Dog Beds at any time providing a minimum of 10 days notice is given. The sales license is non-transferable and non-exclusive.
Eden Dog Beds dealers and trade partners must follow the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy of 10% below MSRP. Clearance and discontinued items are exempt from the MAP policy and can be listed at whatever price the dealer chooses. Failure to comply with the MAP policy will result in the immediate termination of the dealers account.
Any selling aids used by the dealer other than what is provided in the dealer package must be authorized with Eden Dog Beds before use.
The dealer must agree to represent Eden Dog Beds as an agency/reseller/dealer and not Eden Dog Beds itself.
The parties expressly agree that the dealer shall be responsible for its own costs and expenses under this agreement and that Eden Bath shall have no obligation to reimburse the dealer for said costs or expenses.
Eden Dog Beds marketing material, which includes printed material as well as digital files can only be used to market Eden Dog Beds products, any use of materials provided by Eden Dog Beds product that is not provided by Eden Dog Beds is not allowed and will be subject to fines.
Payment Terms & Shipping:
The purchaser agrees that all goods remain the property of Eden Dog Beds until full payment is received.
International orders must be pre-paid by a bank draft or wire/telex transfer.
Dealer is responsible for the payment of delivery charges as well as any customs/brokerage fees incurred.
Eden Dog Beds is not responsible for any time guarantees in shipping, we cannot and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated.
Many items shipped will require a signature upon delivery in order for us to verify receipt of the item.
If a product is damaged in shipping the damage must be reported to us within 2 business days of receiving the product. Upon verifying the damage with digital photos sent by the receiver we will arrange to have the damaged item picked up and we will ship you the identical item as a replacement. Damaged items cannot be returned for a refund, only exchanged for the same item.
Conditions Of Sale & Product Returns:
For hygienic reasons dog furniture, dog beds, dog cushions and related products are final sale and cannot be returned, regardless if the package is being claimed open or not.
Custom made, special order and clearance items can not be returned or exchanged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items shipped to a customer from outside of the destination country may be subject to customs or brokerage import fees which the receiver is liable for. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and brokerage charges.
The customer/purchaser agrees that all goods remain the property of Eden Dog Beds until full payment is received.
Fluctuations in manufacturing and raw materials may occur and thus the product may not be exactly as shown in the photos online. Fluctuations in color and size may occur.
All credit card transactions are processed in Canadian funds, US dollar value is converted based on the days exchange rate. Fluctuations in the exchange rate between processing and posting can and will occur and can be up to 2% (either more or less). Overages due to this fluctuation will not be credited.
Product Warranty:
Due to the nature of the product use and potential abuse by your pet, no warranty apply's to any Eden Dog Beds product.
