Product Returns & Exchanges

For hygienic reasons dog furniture, dog beds, dog cushions and related products are final sale and cannot be returned, regardless if the package is being claimed open or not. If a product is damaged in shipping the damage must be reported to us within 2 business days of receiving the product. Upon verifying the damage with digital photos sent by the receiver we will arrange to have the damaged item picked up and we will ship you the identical item as a replacement.
